(shall hereinafter be referred to as “ACIBADEM”) published on Google Play Store and IOS App Store. Upon downloading these applications to your mobile device, you are deemed as having duly accepted the confidentiality policy as well as terms of usage contained in this text. If you are not agreeing to these terms, kindly refrain from downloading these applications to your mobile device.
2. ACIBADEM has adopted several confidentiality principles with the purpose of preserving your confidentiality/privacy and make utmost avail of the technological infrastructure currently in use regarding your personal particulars and data security. Within framework of these confidentiality principles, they are specified and being declared for application towards data collection and/or utilization of the same under ACIBADEM’s Mobile Application.
3. Upon using ACIBADEM Mobile Application and/or becoming a member thereto, all of the aforesaid principles are deemed as accepted by the User. In parallel to such feedback to be made thereto through any of the communication addresses specified under the Mobile Application, any operations such as correction and updating under the section titled ”Confidentiality Notice” could be made any time without prior notification in advance. ACIBADEM shall by no means howsoever disclose/reveal to third parties any and all kinds of personal data and particulars, including data concerning diseases and health problems transmitted and conveyed to its side via electronic media. ACIBADEM hereby agrees to, acknowledges and undertakes that it shall be dealing with licensed communication / marketing operations in its communication operations, as prescribed by the laws and especially through Healthcare Legislations, and refrain from any communication other than the request of the User, present and introduce any tools which are free, enabling the User to leave the system with ease. ACIBADEM shall by no means howsoever share any personal data and particulars conveyed to its side, with any third parties other than the aforesaid purposes described in connection with collection and compilation of such data, nor sell the same and allow them to be used under any circumstance whatsoever.
5. In order to assume the capacity of member upon registering before ACIBADEM or make avail of several services and contents without becoming a member, visitors are required to provide ACIBADEM via relevant forms certain personal data in relation with themselves (such as name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and the like). Such data and particulars that could be requested by ACIBADEM in the course of registration could be kept as recorded in the system. Such personal data so communicated could as well be used with the purpose of further communication with user as and when deemed necessary. Under this Agreement, users are considered as having approved any and all kinds of communication that would be established with them (phone calls, sms, e-mail and such similar). Any data that could be used by ACIBADEM or any data and particulars transmitted by the User or relevant data put forth in transactions made over the site, could be used by ACIBADEM as well as such other persons and entities in cooperation with, without revealing the identity of the User, solely for circumstances like making various statistical evaluations and assessments, authorized communication and marketing vis e-mails to be sent at regular intervals, database creation efforts and conducting market research. ACIBADEM is not bearing any liability whatsoever towards the confidentiality practices and policies of such other sites accessed via these links/connections or any contents they are possessing. ACIBADEM shall at all times exhibit the necessary care, diligence and sensitivity required to issue and display qualified and beneficial applications. Notwithstanding this, we are by no means howsoever making any commitment to the effect that the contents in our applications shall be meeting your applications, shall be beneficial for you or contain any strictly correct and accurate particulars. We are presenting and introducing the Mobile Application as is. Therefore, you are hereby agreeing to that you shall not be holding ACIBADEM responsible for any adverse circumstance to be encountered as originating from our Mobile Application. Our Mobile Application is available solely under Google Play Store and IOS Apple Store. In the event our Mobile Application appears and is contained in any other android or IOS store beyond our acknowledgment, ACIBADEM is not to be held responsible for any downloads therefrom.
7. Personal data and particulars with respect to the User mean name and surname, telephone number, electronic mail address and any and all other kinds of data towards identifying the User. Unless specified otherwise under this Confidentiality Notice, ACIBADEM shall by no means howsoever reveal and disclose any one of the aforesaid personal data to any companies or third parties that ACIBADEM is not in cooperation with. In cases and circumstances listed herein below, ACIBADEM shall deviate from this Confidentiality Notice AND BE ENTİTLED TO DİSCLOSE SUCH DATA BELONGİNG TO THE Users, to any third parties. ACIBADEM is undertaking by this notice to keep any confidential data provided to its side strictly private and secret, agreeing to the fact that keeping the same confidential is an obligation as well as taking any and all measures required for ensuring and sustaining confidentiality of the same, to avoid all or some part of the confidential data be subject matter of the public domain or unauthorized use of the same or disclosure to any third party and to exert in full all care and diligence on its part.
9. Data are to be kept and maintained under ACIBADEM database for a term of 3 (three) years following deletion of the Mobile Application by the User or terminating its membership.
10. Any and all kinds of copyrights corresponding to the entire contents comprising of any audio, visual and written elements and software contained in our Mobile Application belong to ACIBADEM. You are hereby agreeing to that you shall not be perpetrating in such acts and deeds like copying, reproducing, re-issuing, separating into parts, re-introduction to the general public any of our applications or any contents of such applications under copyright protection.
11. ACIBADEM is not responsible for any interruptions or problems/deficiencies which might take place and occur in the Mobile Application on grounds of force majeure circumstances, connection problems, Internet interruptions/breaks, causes originating from the suppliers, usage faults and reasons related to the device where the User uses the Mobile Application or such device’s operating system version.
12. Mobile Application is for proprietary and personal use. In the event it detects that the User is using the Mobile Application in breach of its purpose of use, ACIBADEM could cease and stop the User’s membership, suspend the same or terminate it in full. Under these circumstances, the User is hereby agreeing to, acknowledging and undertaking that it shall be claiming nothing from ACIBADEM under any title whatsoever.

ACIBADEM is entitled to make changes in and to this Confidentiality Policy and Terms of Usage text. Any changes so made shall instantly enter into effect. We specify at the bottom, the date of change as “recent date of updating.”
